Frequently asked questions

Is the program really free?

Yes. Selected partners get 1 full year of our Business plan (worth €144) and unlimited team members (worth €96 / member) for free. There are no hidden fees or setup costs.

Do I need to be an influencer?

Not at all. We are looking for real service providers not social media stars: fitness instructors, beauty professionals, massage therapists who need scheduling tools,

Do I have to promote Minup?

We don't ask for ads. We ask for feedback. If you like the product, we'd love a testimonial, but we'll never script what you say.

What happens after the first year?

If you complete the program, you get 20% life-time discount on your package and team members. If you submit a video testimonial, you get 30% off.

Can every business join?

While we'd love to have everyone, we limit the first round to 100 businesses to ensure we can provide high-quality individual support.

Do I need a Minup account before applying?

No. You can register a Minup account after you're being accepted to the program. Of course, if you already have an account, you're welcome to the program as well.

How do I apply?

Simply click on the "Apply for the program" button then fill out the questionnaire. We'll notify you about the results.

What if I don't complete the requirements?

Life happens. If you stop using Minup or aren't able to provide feedback, your free year will simply end and your account will switch to the Free plan. You can still upgrade to a paid plan at any time, but the partners discount will no longer apply.

Can I leave the program?

Yes, you can leave any time. There is no binding contract. You can still upgrade to a paid plan, but the partners discount will no longer apply.

Is this available outside Romania?

This specific partners program is exclusive to the Romanian market launch.

Title
Use Minup regularly and keep your activity close to what you specified in your application. Small fluctuations due to holidays or seasonal changes are completely fine. However, if you applied with around 30 appointments per week but consistently have only 5–10, you may no longer be eligible for the program.
